In order to make our deal more clear, here we'd like to share our payment terms and shipping with you.

Payment:

• We accept T/T(BROADWELL TECHNOLOGY is the only beneficiary) or West union, Pay pal, Escrow,ect
• Payment must be received in 5 business days after confirming PI.
• Please leave note for your special request (e.g. Colors or Size) in PO when you pay the order.
• Any special request cannot be accepted after 2 days of payment, because most of orders will be processed instantly and same day dispatched.

Shipping:

• Normally, the items you ordered will be shipped out in 5-7 business day by express when your payment is clear. (If quantity is MORE than 1000pcs, or you have a special requirment,  please confirm the exactly time on line with us) The arrival time is 5-20 business days to United States usually for example.
• Customs duty is obligation and liability of a citizen in your country, so buyer should be responsible for any tax and custom duty incurred.
• To minimize or avoid any GST or V.A.T. or other Import Taxes legally, for sample order, we will mark the parcel as 'Sample' or 'Gift' within low value. Generally, the delay or failure delivery is sometimes caused by the policy of different customs. For example, Laser Pointer is unacceptable in some countries. Therefore, please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. Or, we will NOT be responsible for any failure delivery related destination customs issue.
• We ensure dispatch the item as we have agreed on both sides. However, you bought the item from opposite side of the earth, so it needs a little longer time to deliver. Please place order only if you agree with the shipping time and all the terms above.
