After-Sale Service
 
A.  Product Advisory Service:
Please read product manuals carefully before using. Should you have any questions, please call Broadwell at 86-755-25822769, or send an e-mail to sales@broadwell.cc, and state the problems in detail so that our customer service specialist can keep a record of your problems. All emails will be answered within 1 business day. If reply is received, please kindly re-sent your email and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
 
B.  Broadwell's Commitment:
Broadwell's commitment: Merchandise purchased from Broadwell Technology Co., Ltd. will enjoy after-sale services as below:
(1)  We provide 1 Year Warranty,  (6 months for battery). Buy with confidence!
(2)  Buyer should check the package once receiving. If the package damage during the freight, Please take photos and declare the lost to shipping company within 24 hours, and please also keep us informed. We will try our best to help you to get the compensations from them.
(3)  If any quality problem occurs in your first year of ownership of your purchases, we will provide you the technical guide on line. If you can't settle the problem by yourselves, please send back to us for repair if needed. (Please refer to our repair policy)
(4)  Should your item be used more than one year, we will provide repair with a low charge.
(5)  Damage caused by customers such as maloperation, incorrect installation or misapplication, we shall charge customer for the product repair. (Generally, charges the replaced accessories at cost and the service in accordance with the specific condition).
 
C.  Repair Policy:
(1)  Repair time:
1: Commonly, We will receive the returned goods within 10 days after you send it out
2: Allow one 7 business days from when we receive your returned product for the related procedures.
3: Inform you if more time is needed
(2)  Freight cost:
1: Buyer needs to pay return shipping.
2: Seller covers the repaired units shipping fee.
(3)  How to return
1: Units without package and accessories
2: Please marked the problem per unit
3: Please make one list marked the product name and qty
(4)  The way to send back to China: Only EMS

D.  Special Notes:
Here are some exceptions to our general after-sale services, and Broadwell has a right not to provide services in line with Services Commitment. But we will offer you services at your own expense.
(1)  Over the guaranteed period.
(2)  Damage caused by improper using, maintenance and safeguarding in breach of Product Manuals.
(3)  Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly and refitment.
(4)  Damage due to force majeure.
 
E.  Special Notes for Repair:
 
(1)    Please press hard when filling in the parcel slip to make sure all information on the last copy of the slip is recognizable by our staff, including your name and address and other related information. Please attach the number of your order to the parcel slip if you contact us by phone.
(2)    Please firstly call Broadwell at 86-755-25822769, or send an e-mail to sales@broadwell.cc, and state the problems in detail so that our customer service specialist can keep a record of your problems.
(3)    Do not use our company name on EMS parcel.
